Protex® is a brand of Stewart and Heaton Clothing Company P/L, an Australian family owned company quality endorsed to ISO 9001. The Protex® brand conists of a stock supported range of fire fighting, emergency services and flame retardant clothing. Additionally options may be provided to manufacture flame retardant protective garments specific to the needs of our customers on a made-to-order basis (minimum quantities may apply). 

All Protex® garments are designed and manufactured by Stewart & Heaton Clothing with the understanding that the garments’ performance is likely to significantly reduce injury and indeed save lives when confronted with a hazardous incident. Accordingly, quality made Protex® garments only utilize fully tested and accredited fabrics, raw materials and manufacturing processes. 

Our position is not to compromise with any aspect of the Protex® garments. Our customers buy Protex® garments because they want the confidence of knowing that when the unexpected happens, the integrity of the protective qualities remain not just the first time a garment is worn but instead throughout that garments’ serviceable life.
